Do I have to wash the tail before mailing it in?
Nope! Julia will wash and clean the tail when it arrives. Please do not try to wash or condition it before mailing it.
How much hair do I need?
The amount of hair to cut depends on what you’d like. For most projects you will only need to cut a bundle the diameter of a pen or marker and about an arms length. Cut it from deep within the tail and rubber band if together to mail it. A final braid project requires the whole tail, and a shoo fly requires a bundle the diameter of a quarter.
How can I pay for my project?
GCC is currently using Venmo, PayPal, and personal checks to pay for projects. Gift certificates are also always available for purchase.
