Julia Adams
Hi everyone! My name is Julia Adams, and I am the owner of Goldun Custom Creations. I started the small business creating horsehair keepsakes and jewelry in January of 2019 after receiving tail hair from my former horse that lived in South Carolina at a branch of the Thoroughbred Retirement Foundation. At first, I began making only bracelets, however, that quickly expanded into multiple projects. I am the sole work force behind GCC and am also the Program Director and Instructor for the Reinbow Riding Center, a therapeutic horsemanship center in Belmont, VT.
Outside of the small business I enjoy judging horse shows, hiking, and competing with my own geldings (Billy and Gus) at the local and national levels. I am blessed with a beautiful little girl, Ellie Bea, an enthusiastic black lab named Moose, and a sweet kitty named Abby. Our little family resides in the heart of Vermont and GCC is based out of our home.
I am honored to serve you in your time of need, whether that be in remembrance of a loved one, or for creating a special and memorable piece to enjoy. I do not have this website set up to "click, order, ship" as I love to talk to people and get to know the horses that are coming into my home for projects and to ensure you have exactly what you would like made. I update you when tails arrive and send photos and messages as the projects commence.
Turnaround time is typically 24 hours-72 hours if stock is in. Silver shipments have been delayed due to raw material suspensions from the supplier. Please allow 6 weeks for ordering silver items in.
